The Mets have reportedly settled on their subsequent supervisor, with Jon Heyman and Joel Sherman of the New York Publish indicating that Yankees bench coach Carlos Mendoza has been employed to steer the membership in 2024.
Mendoza, 43, spent 13 seasons as an infielder within the minor leagues with the Giants and Yankees earlier than becoming a member of the Yankees’ minor league teaching employees in 2009. He final served as a supervisor on the minor league degree in 2012, with the membership’s Single-A affiliate in Charleston.
